However, due to the nature of our curated, whimsical polka dot products (many of which are custom or intimate items like clothing and accessories), we have a strict but fair policy to balance customer happiness with operational realities.
#### Returns
- **General Policy:** All sales are final. We do not accept returns for change of mind, sizing issues, or buyer's remorse.
- **Exceptions:** Returns are only accepted if the item arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from the product description/photos. You must notify us within 7 days of receipt.
#### Refunds
- Refunds are issued only in cases of approved returns for damage/defects.
- Eligible refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the error was ours.
- No refunds on sale items, custom orders, or personalized products.
#### How to Request a Return/Refund

2. Provide your order number, photos of the issue (for damage/defects), and proof of purchase.
